Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Zivo Goods. This policy explains how and when your order will reach you.

Order processing

Orders are packed and dispatched within 2 to 3 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an email with your tracking details once your order ships.

Shipping charges

  • Free shipping on all orders over Rs. 500 within India.
  • For orders under Rs. 500, the shipping charge is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
  • International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.

Delivery times

  • Within India: 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.
  • International: delivery times vary by country and are usually longer. An estimate is shown at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, festivals or other events outside our control.

International orders

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you can track it using the link in your shipping confirmation email. If you have not received tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Damaged, lost or delayed parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the package and product, and we will make it right. If your parcel appears lost or is significantly delayed, contact us and we will follow up with the courier.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we will try to update it before dispatch.
